Vi plukker hver vår variant, men får besøk ved bordet like etter, der vår servitør melder at det dessverre er tomt for panna cotta. Da er valget enkelt, og vi kan fornøyd konstatere at dette ikke er halvfabrikata, men hjemmelaget og smaksrik variant av den italienske dessertklassikeren.

En god kopp svart kaffe gir også en fin avrunding på et måltid som gir en totalregning på behagelige kroner. Amici holder til i lokalet som for åtte år siden var Citrus kaffebar, der husets adresse er Bakkegata, men hvor inngangsparitet ligger i Salvågergata. Et lite barlokale møter deg når du trår inn, mens restauranten er et par trapper ned til venstre, og består av sju bord i rustikke omgivelser. Denne septemberkvelden var vi stedets eneste gjester, og fikk god og hyggelig oppvartning.

Fantastisk service. Koselige lokaler, med en herlig peis, som virkelig er innbydende og like varmende som personalet og eier. Har vært her flere ganger og vi kommer garantert å komme tilbake flere ganger. Er der ikke ledig bord, så fikser eieren dette uansett.

It is in the heart of Stavanger and all attractions including theater, cinema, concert hall, are on walking distance. Several very good restaurants are within 5 min walk from the apartment. Super cozy and beautiful apartments in the heart of Stavanger made us feel at home immediately - you really notice that the hosts paid great attention to make your stay very comfortable good coffee machine, kitchen equipment, brand new washing machine etc. They were also very kind and helpful about items we forgot in the apartment.
